Happy New Year!!! I hope 2009 was a good year for everyone. For me it was… unproductive. Hopefully 2010 will be better. Hopefully I’ll start some new project that will rake in the cash for me, and then I won’t have to work any more. Or maybe I’ll find a cute guy that will buy me lots of stuff and take care of me? But enough of my dreams. I figured that with a new year should come a new theme: Dungeons and Dragons.

I know, it’s a wonderful picture. Pulled from here.

But what I really want to share with you all is a great place to go if you want to play Dungeons and Dragons online. The site is called DnD Online Games. It’s a play by post game format. It takes time, but for those that live in places where there isn’t a group (or for people like me who think that two games a week just isn’t enough) it can be a fun way to get into the D&D spirit. The site hosts games from all editions, and the people there are very friendly. Stop by. Say “Hi!” And roll some d20.

Happy New Year everyone!

Lexi

In the last long D&D game I played in I ended up with two characters. The first was named Rain, a happy magical-girl character that went around with a bow. She called in Rain’s Bow. It shot different colored arrows at enemies. She also used spells like Color Spray. She was amaz. But, she was also lawful good… and ran into issues with the chaotic evil member of our party. Eventually she was killed by one of the other party members.

The next character I played could not have been more opposite. Meet Jessica Iminia Tralgose Mandrina, Seeker of the Spider King. She was a human character that had dedicated her entire being to finding her lost god. She was always covered in Spiders, she even ate the for breakfast sometimes. At night her spider friends would cocoon her in their webs, keeping her safe for the night. She was chaotic evil.

Well, imagine my suprise when I found the pair of boots that combines both character concepts completely! The pink fits Rain like a glove… and well, the spider webs are self explanitory. That makes these boots perfect to be Featured in Pink.

Oh gosh don’t I want a pair of those boots.
